Japanese lawyers available to help fight censorship of Fukushima story on Internet

Does anyone have concrete evidence of censorship by TELESA (body regulating Internet providers)? A report in Japan Focus by a reporter for Shinegetsu news agency and Japan Focuis has documented a government bill that allows it to ask internet providers to censor material relating to the nuclear crisis if it sparks rumors,etc.  So far there has been a report that one person voluntarily took down photos of dead bodies. And also that CNN news was itself censored by YOUTUBE.  Famous human riights lawyer ITO Kazuko has told us that they will work legally to combat any cases of censorship. but so far all we have are rumors of warnngs, probably to intimidate.   Preferably solid opinion and fact as opposed to sensationizing, as the latter plays into the hands of government censors.
