５月３日は憲法記念日。その日までに国民投票法案を成立させたいと中川自民党幹事長が言った。安倍首相も任期中に（いつまで続くか分からないが）改憲をやり遂げたいと述べている。ズバリ改憲の目標は「戦争放棄」の９条を変えるということ。憲法ができて６０年がたち、国民の厭戦意識も薄れている。というわけで、国民投票のルールを作る必要ありというわけである。 こうして人類史的にも、戦争の文明を克服し、未来の平和な世界を実現するコンパスとなる憲法９条が捨て去られることに。かくて日本は戦争できる普通の国となり、国民がミリタリーによってコントロールされる国になる。そんな新しい憲法になってからの憲法記念日は祝日というより、日本の、そして世界の厄日となるだろう。（橋本勝） … [Read more...] about BECOMING A NORMAL COUNTRY?
